1. Spend more time on your boat.
Sometimes life gets in the way and you simply cannot find the time to take the boat out on the water. This year, pull the calendar out and schedule days in advance for some time on your boat. Stick to these dates like a ritual.
2. Perform routine maintenance.
Another ritual and New Year’s resolution you can stick to is doing more maintenance on your boat. If you know you have a habit of putting checkups and maintenance to the side, make it a priority. Take care of your vessel like it takes care of you!
3. Bring a non-boater for a ride.
Not everyone is as fortunate to have access to a boat like you do! If you have any friends or family who don’t typically get to go out for a cruise, invite them on a trip.
4. Wear more sunscreen, hats, and clothes to protect your skin from the sun.
